Power Seatback no longer moving 850 1996

The cable housing has stretched. You can buy a new cable or if you are cheap like me, undo the seat trim, carefully cut about 15mm out of the middle of the cable, making the outside shorter but leaving the steel strand the same length, then the ends will bite into the fittings and you will be fine.
I fixed mine this way two years ago and it has been fine ever since, just be careful to tape the ends of the cable together to prevent them coming apart.
