Power Seatback no longer moving 850 1996

I am in the House of Pain with you bro. 96 855T, 125K, and it has been a money pit too. I have three 1990 740s (kids!)sharing the driveway with it, and they inspire a lot more trust. Let see, this has been pampered since new and I've done PRP, A/C cond, tranny failed last year, rear axle has been replaced twice, ABS computer done over by Vic, drivers power seat cable, now alternator is whining badly, and there's a noise that says front wheel bearing.
