Engine Hesitation 850 1996

Okay, I have replaced the spark plug wires using a brand new Bougicord set of wires. I didn't see any noticeable problems with the old set of wires. So, the car ran okay for a couple of days. Tonight, same thing happened again. I park my car and then start to clean it with soap and water but I have to move it as I am blocking my landlord's driveway. And guess what? Upon start up the car's engine jerks and again does the weird hesitation thing where it appears like it will die but it does not. I wonder if its because something gets wet and causes some sort of electrical problem. So, now I know its not my fuel pump. Its not my fuel filter. Its not my spark plug wires and not the plugs, cap and rotor. I never realized Volvo's were so problematic. I think I will be trading this car in. I want to be rid of it.
