service light 850

Hi,
I tried to reset my service light using the 4151 method. I have always done this in the past but this time the service light won't go off. I haven't really change my oil yet since it's due at the end of the month.
I noticed that the red light beside the grommet should flicker when done with 4151 but it jsut lights up.

What could be the problem? There are no codes in #7. I notice also a rich fuel misture rotten egg thing smell in the fists start. Could it be O2 sensor gone bad? Car stalled 2x on the way to work. although, it starts up after re-starting for 3x.

Thing is i don't read any codes on jack #3 & 7

Thanks for the input.
