Replacing the key and the remote S70

Like that idiot I have lost my wife's remote and the key to her S70; the bloody thing, the key and the remote, is on the bottom of a local lake, which means that I have to replace her key and the remote. I am really reluctant to go to a dealer, for they will probably charge me $200 for makig a copy of my key and for the new remote. Is there a cheaper way of replacing this stuff, or am I stuck with our local dealer who will take me to the cleaners? Thank you for all your help.
