Keys Stuck in Ignition

Make sure you're spraying the lubricant on the plastic bits...not the ignition switch (metal area your key goes in). it's not a good thing that you can start the car with a screw driver now. Even if the ignition switch works correctly (postion I, II, & ignition), it may not in the long run. When the ignition switch stops functioning correctly, this tends to lead to a randomly dying car (from the electronics) as well as other strange electrical issues. Anyway, if these things happen, you'll know where it came from. The shift-lock over-ride button should pop up. Try spraying it too. This may be why your key was stuck to begin with.
