Purchasing advise needed for 1996 850 850

Hello,

Time to retire our 245 and move on. Looking at a 1996 850 wagon, clean, 88K for $4000.00. Any suggestions on what to look for or avoid? How hard is it to install/remove the third seat? This one doesn't have one, but we'd like to have one. Does the third seat fold down or does it need to be removed to have access to the cargo area?
