Hey Tim,
First thing you need to know is that the 760 and the 850 are entirely different cars. We had our 760GLT Turbo for 13 years, and really hated parting with her.
Love the 850 though - more fun to drive, but "smoking" the front tires seems almost sacreligious to me.
Problems with the 850 can be quite expensive, but mostly avoidable with proper maintenance. Tons of service info can be found on-line.
