Make sure the AC doesn't leak! As for the 3rd seat, it is the same as in the 245. It folds flat in the floor and the occupants face to the rear. (where you can't see what they are doing!)
Installation is a little tricky, because of the seatbelt hangers and other odds and ends.
If you are not committed yet, keep looking for a V70 with a third seat already in it. It will have a better tranny than the 1996.
