Heater Core Blown 850 1993

Took out my 93 850 today and was rewarded by the lovely smell of antifreeze. Looked down and saw a little antifreeze in the passenger foot well. since only a couple miles out turned around to take my other car and by the time I got home both driver & passenger side flooded.

So I'm thinking heater core needs replacing. Does anyone have a procedure for this? How hard a job is it?

I'm also thinking that maybe I should just scrap the poor old thing. After about 330k miles in pretty good shape but enought little things that this might be the last straw.

Thanks
