Solve my 850s problems and you will be nominated for a NOBEL PRIZE!!!!!!!!! 850

Well, you seem to have covered all of the usual electrical gremlins. One should be able to assume that a replacement engine with a warranty will have good compression. That leaves fuel and timing. The cam and RPM sensors would idicate a timing issue. Have the timing codes come back?

I second the fuel related replies. In my experience, a weak and dying fuel pump, a totally shot fuel pressure regulator (FPR), and/or a clogged fuel filter can cause serious drivability problems in an 850, but I didn't have quite the same symtoms. You may want to check the fuel pressure at the rail with and without the vacuum connection to the FPR.

Good luck,

Will
