Brake Pedal Ticks/Pulses S70 2000

Greetings to all. Need assistance diagnosing an issue with bake pedal. When the brakes are applied I feel a ticking/pulsing once the brake pedal reaches bottom. This does not happen often but I am concern. Also at all times I notice a right to left play in the brake pedal. Any suggestions are welcomed. In advance thank you.
