steering wheel covering V70-XC70 2003

I recently purchased V70 2.4T 48,500 mi.through a So.Cal. Dealer, certified. The S/W covering leather? more like vinyl is rapidly removing itself. I will post foto's. One week after I drove off, I sent an email to my sales agent, requesting help with the Self-Removing vinyl.nothing! Now I am talking to the GM. This wheel looks re-conditioned, and is not leather. How about you? Leather S/W problems?
