Tracing down vacuum leak 850

I've done that with a tube attached to a propane torch's cylinder. Works great for finding external vacuum leaks.

But I think this is an internal leak and, if that solenoid is supposed to hold a vacuum, that would explain the internal vacuum leak.

Does anyone have that multi-g'zillion-dollar set of Vovlo factory manuals for the 850 which should describe how to test the vacuum solenoid?
