My 1995 850 Turbo just started this problem today. It was running and then all of a sudden stalled. I immediately tried to restart and it would idle normal, raise the RPM to 1500 and then stall. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes and it ran for a mile and then stalled again. I let it cool for 15-20 minutes and it ran for another mile and then stalled. This pattern continued until I was finally able to get it home which made a normal 30 minute drive into 3 hours! I've read some other postings that mention the fuel pump relay. How can I check it to determine if it is the problem? Is this something that I can check or fix prior to dropping it off at my indy mechanic? Any help is greatly appreciated since it is my only transportation.
