Automatic shift knob cracks S70 1999

Someone said i put my post in the V8 area so i am reposting in S70 area. Hope i do this correctly.

Does anyone have a better solution than the OEM automatic shift knob, mine breaks every 1.5 years. It crack near the place were you squeeze it to shift to different gears like reverse for example. I have had 2 of them and they always crack easily.I am not looking for leather one, just one that wont crack.
