Snow Tire size question

I doubt your ins company would consider to check unless they were obviously the wrong size tire. I think your biggest problem will be if you have any rubbing at full turn or when the suspension compresses. Given that the tires are a bit taller(23.74in vs 24.98in) you might(I say might because I don't know if it will matter) have some rubbing issues. Speedo will be off about 3mph @ 55mph as well.
