OBDII on a 94 850 1994

Your car has OBDII under the "change" pocket in front of the shifter. But you don't need it.
The 2 little black boxes hanging off the front of the ECU box are code readers. Very easy to use, and reliable. Besides, they will give you the real Volvo codes, not some generic number. AND you will get codes for ABS and other items which the generic scanners do not provide.
You can also use them to turn off the service light.
