Crankcase ventilation 850

If I remove the oil filler cap and place my hand over the hole while the engine is running, should I feel suction? I have a 96 850 non-turbo that has no suction, flame trap was replaced 20K ago, and I am using about 3-4 quarts of oil between 3,000 mile oil changes. There are no leaks, park in the same garage each night, and no signs of burning oil. So my question is, where's it going...... This just started about 15,000 miles ago. Compression in all cylinders is between 170-180 psi.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
