Check Engine Light Producing No Codes 850 1995

I drove it to school approx 12 miles and back today, same thing random check engine light from approx 0mph to 20mph, especially apparent up hills. I cleaned all the sockets and checked all the wires, everything seems to be in order. No sockets produce codes (except the erroneous 122 on B2). All other sockets either produce 111 or in the case of two sockets they do not produce anything whatsoever.

Some of the sockets, when I plug the lead into them, actually cause the LED to glow slightly and others do not. Those that glow seemed to blink the 111 codes, (and previously seemed to work fine) but I could go through them again if you think that's a red flag.

I'm not sure if you wanted me to check the codes while it is running with the check engine light on? I could try that, but I don't know if it will give me codes while the motor is running. Also, the CEL is intermittent, and does not stay on for very long while it is at idle - if it lights up at all. Sometimes when I start up the car, the light will come on for approx 1 minute if I just let it idle, if I drive it the light usually goes off within a second or two.
