Brakes Don't Stop Car Well after it sits at work all day 850 1996

The Brakes on my 96 Volvo 850 dont stop the car very good on 1st heavy application after it sits all day at work or at home on the weekends. They act like they would if they are really wet after coming out of car wash, but it happens on dry days.

Once this happens, it won't happen again the rest of the drive home. I am assuming the master cylinder is fine since my brake pedal functions normally when this occurs. (i.e. not going down to the floor.)

With this I am trying to figure out if I should go after the calipers or could it be air in my brake line or what??

Any advice to get me going on the troubleshooting is apprecited.
