2000 Volvo s80 non turbo wont start S80

I have a 2000 volvo s80 non turbo with about 52000 miles the windshield wipers, radio, seats, horn, brakelights works and inside domelight works sometimes, but nothing else works their is no dash lights or any other lights the car wont start the engine does not turn over seems to be dead pluged in scantool into computer but cannot get codes nothning shows up scan tool is blank can anyone help thanks in advance
