850 Interior Fan 850 1994

The interior fan in my 94 850 Turbo sometimes stops without warning. If I immediately turn the car off and then back on, it resumes...sometimes for a minute and other times until I turn the car off. Is the blower the likely problem or are there relays or other controls in the system that could cause the problem?
