replace serpentine belt and fuel filter S70 2000

I would like to replace the serpentine belt on my 00 s70 t-5, the car has 86k miles on it and I believe it is the original belt I am going on a 10 hour trip and I saw some cracks. I have never changed a sepentine belt. How do I do it? I would also like to change the fuel filter, where is it at and how hard is it to do?
