An addendum... 850

Just stick a screwdriver in between the rotating vent and the frame. Push the screwdriver handle outward and the vent should pop out. They just push back in. Be sure all the "O's" are on top. The upper dash has to be pulled out slightly before it can be lifted out after removing all the screws. There's a plastic piece that fits into a slot behind were the cover turns down to the right of the instrument cluster. This has to clear the slot before the top dash padding can be lifted off.
