SRS- Urgent Service Warning S80 1999

My battery drained and had to be jumped. After starting the engine the SRS Urgent Servie message came up on the display and yellow triangle. I pulled the related fuses (#7, #25) - did not help to reset the message. Any ideas on resetting or is this a dealer only service(read: pay to delete the message...)? Thanks.
