Driver Door Hinge Broke Again S70 1998

hinge broke again after two previouw repairs. first time was a weld that
didn't work for long. second repair was a procedure suggested by many on
this site that was followed to the tee and seemed like it would be permanent
until now it is broke again. that last repair lasted about 8 months.
ANYONE WITH A PERMANENT REPAIR SUGGESTION that
has been tried yet besides ordering a new door? which is too expensive to
think about. thanks in advance, Mark the Typerdude in SoCal.
