Check Engine light - Codes 114 (A1) and 143 (A2) - 94 850 850

I've been having a problem with my idle- whenever I step on the brake, the idle slows to ~600 RPMS, then climbs back to ~900. The car otherwise idles and drives fine. I haven't noticed a problem with deceleration, just braking. Temperature doesn't seem to make a difference. I have seen a slight decrease in mileage over the last couple of weeks. I've also been getting the CEL and, when I read the codes, I get 114 and 143. The car shifts fine in both E and S mode, I haven't tried W yet.

Anyone have any insight into what might be happening?
