Mass meter and High rad pressure linked? V70-XC70 1998

That's a good one, the dealer cant figure out what the codes mean.
First check for any air leaks between the air cleaner and the throttle body, even a small crack would make a big difference.
Time to swap out both, the thermostat and the temp sensor. The thermostat is dead. It's easy to do, just flush about 1 quart from the bottom of the block and then remove the T40 screws.
Remember, the dash thermostat is not accurate. It likes to sit at 3 o'clock and does not move if the temp fluctuates a little.
