4 OBD codes no CEL How to reset V70-XC70 1999

I went to have my 99 V70 inspected, all was well until plugged into the computer ann 4 codes where detected, One 02 sense warmer a lean code and can't remember the other 2. The CEL is not illuminated any way to clear these codes. My Indy gave me a driving sequence to do in the morning . Get the temp up to 170* drive with the rear defoster on at 55 for 7-8 min with out slowing . Does this work? Any Ideas so I can pass inspection thanks!
