Can't your Indy reset it for you? Your driving sequence will do you no good to clear those codes. It will but you will have to drive that sequence mutliple times and have the failures not reappear. Your best bet is to take the car to a qualified Volvo/smog techinician and have them repair you car properly, verify the repairs, and then bring the monitors back up so it can be tested. Any tech with a half ways decent OBD II scanner can check and clear those codes but doing so will reset the monitors that need to be up in order to pass the inspection as well.
