Torque Converter V70R AWD 98 problem ? V70-XC70

Hi..

I got vibrations when driving between 40-50 mil/h. with a slight press on the gas or going to a red light with no gas.. driving in between ( gas - no gas ) no vibration.
i've found out if I shift to "3" and the lockup(converter) comes on ( at 45) the vibration stops. I can disengage it again by a quick light press on the brake, and the vibrations is back for at short period until the lockup comes back on again..
This vibration gets worse the warmner the transmission becomes.

Have anyone had this problem ever ?... Professionel transmission people has never seen / heard this before with the Converter.. They all say that it is when the Converter locks the vibration normally is.

I've flushed the transmission , changed driveshafts , engine mounts ect.

In time(if not fixed) I'll catch a light Parkinson's disease :-)

Please help.
