hard to start, running rough V70-XC70 1999

Hello all

My 1999 XC was running rough for my wife today and ended up stalling about 2 blocks from our house. She got it started again and got home but I have not been able to get it running properly since.

The car is hard to start - I boosted it and got it to start (after a lot of cranking). Once it starts it run very rough and stalls easily, although it will rev high if I give it gas. It also smells - kind of like ozone.

My decision is whether to try and get it going and limp it to the local garage or get it towed to the dealership (I am not keen on driving it on the highway). I am thinking that if it the ETM that it has to go to the dealer anyways.

Your insight would be appreciated.
