Transmission Problem V70-XC70 2001

I am going through the same thing with my 2001 V70 2.4 T. Dealer can't replicate problem so I can't get it serviced under my extended warranty. I am not happy about the situation. I can see some kind of class action coming if Volvo (Ford) isn't more proactive.
