You don't need a worthless scan tool that only gives you generic error messages. You car has 2 little boxes hanging off the larger ECU box. These boxes will show you every Volvo specific error, including SRS, and let you reset them. For $20, you can call Volvo and get a Pocket Data Booklet which has every code described.
The 1995 is OBDII.
