Leaky Injector 850 1994

First there's fuel vapor and fluid at times coming out of the seat seal (pressure blowing out). This only on one injector.
Second it only happens on that injector from the moment the pump primes. While it's running there's no problem. Then you turn the motor off and it leaks fumes (assuming it's build pressure). I assume the injector it's opened at all times due to grime or just went bad. I'm not a mechanic but this is what I think it's going on.
