Constant squeaking after passenger door lock actuator repair by VOLVO DEALER C70

Passenger door lock would not open with key fob or drivers side door unlock. Had to reach over and do by hand.
Volvo dealer said a new lock actuator would need to be installed.
$140 for parts and $160 for labor. They called back half way through job and said they had made miscalculation and they needed $550 for labor.
They spent the day on it, and barely finished the job at end of day. Paid $690 total (I remember buying a used 240 for not much more than that, so go ahead and laugh at me ;-) Got car back and there is a constant squeaking in the door panel. This happens when the car is driven or you can make it happen by just pushing on the panel itself.
Took it back to THE VOLVO DEALER. They heard the squeak when re-delivered to them. As it sat overnight it was rained on in their lot and they said that the squeak cannot be heard now due to it being wet.
Any ideas as to what they may have missed when they put the door back together that would result in this constant squeaking "when dry" but not wet?
Thanks to all!
