Rejuvinated the PCV system, still pressure at dipstick. Thoughts? 850

I took the time to change the oil trap and associated parts (my hands are on protest now..) but upon starting and running the car, I still have positive pressure at the oil dipstick :(

I'm running the system without a flame trap in place too...

Does this mean that I'm likely to find low PSI in one or more cylinders? The car only has 108k miles on it, so I thought I'd ask here to see what all your thoughts are. I'm going to dig out my pressure tester tomorrow and check each cylinder since I'm changing the sparkplugs anyway.
