Help!!! 850 T5-R engine vs T5 engine (Deposit put down on car need advice) 850 1995

Hi,

I have just put a deposit down for a black '95 manual 850 T5-R. One problem I had was when I got home I realised that the engine wasn't a T5-R but a T5 engine. I am just wondering if anyone could answer whether the engines are the same and if so what is needed to make it the equivelent of a T5-R??

Also the gear box needs a new Clutch and apparently a 5th gear synchro (which I have no idea how much it costs and what it does).

Any ideas would be really helpful.

Regards

Andrew
