Obviously, your flame trap is dirty. If you find a plastic screen there while cleaning, throw it away.
Also time to change the oil.
You either have a leaking vacuum line/elbow, or your O2 sensor (before the CAT) is not functioning well and will have to be replaced.
Check for water in your air pump, located under/in front of your battery. If there is water inside, consider drilling 2 holes in the casing to drain it.

Also consider taking your poor car on the highway for about an hour at 55+ at least once a week. This will burn off any water collecting in your engine oil.
