wiper refils 850 1996

I put wiper refills in our 850 wagon and know the driver side wiper does not maintain contact with the windshield on the last 20 degrees of motion.

I have checked the wiper arm and can not find anything wrong. The only thing I changed was the refill. I have tied replacement blades and I cannot find any that will maintain full contact with the windshield. I hate to go to Volvo and pay $37 each.

Has anyone had this problem and can you let me know what refills or blades will work?
