Rear rotor / parking brake shoes stuck?? V70-XC70 1999

I started out tonight to replace my rear brake pads...I've done this before, so expected to blow through it quickly. Thing is, after removing the caliper and the 10mm centering bolt I can't get the freakin' rotor off. After the usual taps with the hammer, it did free up but still won't come off. It seems like the e-brake shoes are holding it on. I didn't pull the e-brake handle, so what gives?? How to I free it up?
