850 rear seat removal 850

I have a rear seat saturated with used motor oil after my dad slammed on his brakes while going 70 to make a red light. It's very nasty.

So, followed the manual and pulled the flat pin on the outside of the seat, but I can't get it to come loose. It doesn't help that every time I squeeze the seat I get a handful of oil. Will removing the bolt on the center bracket help? Do I need to remove the smaller seat back first? I'm currently trying to remove the passenger side rear seat back.

thanks,
