Heat & blower quit intermittantly 850 1995

The heat and blower just quit intermittantly. The heat initially works fine good temperature with the fan blowing. It then just stops blowing entirely with the fan stopping also. A little while later the fan and heat work again.
My guess is that it is an electrical or relay problem. Any suggestions?
