Engine idles erratically 850 1996

Started having a problem with the idle. The engine will not keep running unless I keep the gas peddle down a bit. The fault code is (4-1-4) Tubo boost pressure too high.

Also having trouble clearing the codes. On the 1995 model you hold down the test button for 5 seconds, when the light comes back on you hold it down for another 5 seconds. the fault code keep appearing.

Any help?
