Someone posted a while back about an Earl Schieb paint job. He said he left a window part way down and they painted part of the dash! : ) He sure has gone up! When I was a kid back in the 60's, I think I recall his add saying "Earl Schieb will paint any car for $49.95" (including the bumpers)

My dad has a 91 740 with what appears to be clear coat peeling on a corner of the hood. Would a 91 even have clear coat?
