2003 XC70 Going Out of Warranty - KEEP? V70-XC70 2003

I have a question... I have a 2003 XC70 AWD Wagon, in excellent condition, 85k miles, runs great, under very good extended warranty until 100K miles. Acquired the car at a dealer in 2003 w/18K miles on it, as a lease return.

To date I have done normal maintenance, replaced 3 hub failures under warranty ($600 ea.), xsfer case bevel gear under warranty ($2600), and 2 memory buttons on the power seats under warranty ($300 each). All in all, not bad. However, both my wife and I are seriously considering selling the car to obtain another vehicle that is new and covered by a good warranty. We are afraid of the "cost of ownership" outside of warranty.

This is our 5th Volvo, and we still own another we will keep, but the XC is a complicated beast, and we are looking to the collective wisdom here for opinions on keep/sell.
