How to orient polyurethane engine mount bushing 850 1995

I am replacing my upper engine mount with the polyurewthane bushing. That is the plan, anyway. The new part has an obviously eccentricity, with the bolt hole 1/8" off center. The two halves of the bushing are identical, with an arrow similar to that on the OEM bushing. When you assemble the bushing, the arrows thus point 180 degrees from each other. (You flip one half to get it to mate to the other). So, when assembled, and you orient one arrow "up", if you look on the other side, its arrow is pointing "down". You can't place both arrows "up", because then you can't press the two halves together.

It you place the bushing so the arrow points up on the driver's side of the engine mount arm (that is where the OEM bushing's arrow is), the hole is 1/8" towards the back of the car from the center. If I look at the OEM bushing (still on the car) from the top, I can't see any apparent offset front to back. Therefore I am concerned I don't have something right. I tried lining the hole in the new bushing with the bolt on the car, and the outside of the new bushing definitely does not line up correctly.

The new bushing didn't come with any directions. I looked at Matthew's site, and he has some directions but I don't believe they address my concerns. If anyone could offer advice I would appreciate it. I know this was long - basically I don't see any offset in the OEM bushing in any direction. In the new one I see 1/8" "front to back" if I place either arrow "up". Thanks in advance.
