Lambda Light - where to start troubleshooting? S70

Uh oh, last night the lamba light came on in the 1998 S70. I can't see anything amiss under the hood - no visible disconnected hoses etc. The car does seem to be running rich, especially when cold. I know the lambda light indicates a fuel mixture problem, but where do I start my diagnosis?

Also the spark plugs were replaced 2 months ago with Volvo plugs from dealer, I also took off the throttle body and everything was clean in there at the time - very clean. I also replaced the air filter and cbin air filter at that time.

Thanks!
