I'm not sure which model you have but this is what I found on Ebay...
for about $15-20 per fob.

Important tip, check with more than 1 or 2 dealers about how much IF ANYTHING that they charge (I'm in the SF BAY AREA). I got 3 fobs and one dealer wanted to charge almost $100 for the programming, another did not charge at all. Did it for free, maybe because I show up as a good customer in their records.... took a small amount of programming time. In the 1998 V70's, there are a maximum of 3 fobs that can be programmed.
